Ideally you should…

… have graduated with good grades from high school, either with previous vocational exposure or honors or accelerated coursework. Your should also be interested in business management, commercial issues, and what makes businesses tick. That’s normally all you need to embark on an apprenticeship with a difference. As a rule, apprenticeships last 3 years.

When you join us…

… you’ll often start with fundamental training on metal technology in one of our many training workshops. This gives you the necessary grounding in materials and processing techniques. You then go on specialist training, an opportunity to learn everything there is to know about topics such as materials logistics, human resources, business administration, finance and accounting, as well as domestic and international sales.
It goes without saying that you’ll work in a modern office environment and be shown all the ropes of world-class business management.
