Many students who complete an internship with us prove during their time at ThyssenKrupp that they have a lot to offer. They contribute creative ideas, show commitment and impress us with their outstanding work. That’s why we feel it is important not to lose contact with these promising young talents afterwards. To this end we have developed a program which keeps our former interns informed about developments at ThyssenKrupp – particularly in the area of careers – and gives us the opportunity to maintain contact with potential future employees. The program is called Next Generation and is intended to support and invite these young people to shape their future with ThyssenKrupp.

The best interns join the program following their internships and are invited to participate in this platform. This enables us to keep in touch with young talents until the end of their studies – and beyond. We also invite the members of NEXT GENERATION to interesting seminars or other events, offer further internships and give them the opportunity to get to know us better. This gets our former interns into shape quickly for the “proper” start at ThyssenKrupp and enables them to hit the ground running when they join us after graduation.
