Working in project teams, you receive the full support of the company to develop and prepare for the future challenges in your specialist department or management position. The trainee program is based on a series of individual modules aimed at introducing participants -step by step - to everyday business processes, gradually taking on responsibilities for projects in preparation for the eventual position.
