This program encompasses many different areas, so participants can choose from a variety of routes offering a number of outstanding of ways to start climbing the career ladder. The program lasts between 12 and 24 months and is an exciting opportunity to put your capabilities to the test. Working in project teams, you receive the full support of the company to develop and prepare for the future challenges in your specialist department or management position. The trainee program is based on a series of individual modules aimed at introducing participants -step by step - to everyday business processes, gradually taking on responsibilities for projects in preparation for the eventual position. In short, this program will not restrict you into some off-the-shelf schedule – you receive tailor-made training designed to bring out the best in you.
