A solid foundation for your career
You’ve probably heard from others how confusing everything seems when you finish high school. What job should I do? Can anyone offer me proper training? What about real on-the-job experience? Where can I get the sort of training that will help me in the long term? Something I can build on later? Well, there may be lots of unanswered questions at the moment, but one thing’s for sure: it all boils down to your first step – choosing the right training. Perhaps a solid apprenticeship with a company that knows how to train people.
A vocational apprenticeship at ThyssenKrupp is the ideal start to your career. We have more than 200 locations in Germany, 42 apprenticeship workshops, and around 100 company colleges (or comparable training establishments). Between them, they are currently providing more than 3700 young people with detailed on-the-job training in more than 50 different vocational disciplines. Most of them will stay with the company after completing their training. If they want, they can also receive additional training as they develop in their career. This qualifies them for other fascinating areas within the broader company.
If climbing the career ladder along these lines appeals to you and you’d also like to be a part of building the future, then we should talk.
