Sometimes you’re faced with a dizzying array of choices. There are tons of things you could do – but that doesn’t necessarily make it any easier deciding which of the many training alternatives is the right one for you. This training program ... that apprenticeship… So to simplify things, we sat down with the chambers of trade and industry, and employment offices, and worked out a system that will make taking the first career step much, much easier.

It makes no difference whether you want a more technically-oriented career or want to move in a more “commercial” direction. An apprenticeship at ThyssenKrupp offers two components which work together perfectly: the theoretical side (mostly the part you learn at vocational college) and the practical side (on-the-job work experience, in different units, workshops, and departments within the company or at our training center). You’ll get plenty of opportunity to work on live projects and solve business tasks with co-workers from other business disciplines.
