In this role, you will lead contract teams and/or the technical disciplines in large/medium EPC projects
You will act as “CEO of the Project” in close cooperation with the Project Commercial Manager (four-eyes-principle) and vis-à-vis to the customer, partners and all stakeholders for the specific project
You communicate sovereign with the customer and vendors even in challenging situations
You will lead your project team and take over the overall responsibility for costs, quality, safety and schedule within the scope of the project
Risk analysis, regulatory compliance and project controlling will also be part of your assignment
You will be responsible for the development and the controlling of time schedules and resolution of all project issues
In addition, you will support our sales team and define project execution concepts including SOW, WBS, scheduling and man-hour calculation
You have successfully completed your studies in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
You possess several years of work experience in (chemical) plant engineering and more than 5 years in project execution of multi-million EP, EPCm and EPC projects
You have a good knowledge in scheduling, project management techniques, expediting as well as in reporting and you have several years of leadership experience
You take the full responsibility for your project team as well as project results and you have excellent problem solving attitude
You possess a strong personality and you are highly motivated to proactively contribute to our success
You are highly team oriented, at the same time you have an independent work style
You are ready to travel worldwide, culturally as well as emotionally intelligent and highly proficient in English and German
