Your responsibilities

  • You are a key contact for all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) topics to two international entities of thyssenkrupp Elevator and will manage all yearly C&B processes for these populations
  • You will consult Business HR and senior leaders with regards to compensation, benefits and job grading topics
  • Moreover, you will act as a global process & governance lead for job grading and Long Term Incentive activities within our Business Area
  • Lastly, you will drive and evaluate new concepts for C&B programs and plans

Your profile

  • You have an academic background as well as
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a C&B function
  • You are customer-focused and business-oriented and
  • Have strong analytical and conceptual as well as excellent communication skills
  • You consider yourself as self-driven and proactive
  • You would bring in comprehensive Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
  • You have the ability to build relationships in a matrix environment and to work in a global network
  • You are fluent in English and German - further languages would be desirable
