How does the recommendation process work?
Do you know someone who would like to develop their career at BILSTEIN? In order for your recommendation to be considered, your recommended contact has to apply directly online via our application tool, stating your name and 8-ID.
The application of your recommended contact has reached us? Now it's time to wait, because your contact will first go through the classic application process.
Your recommended contact is hired? Now we check whether the eligibility requirements have been met - you can find more information about this in the conditions of participation section below. If the eligibility requirements have been met, you will receive information on the next steps.
Your recommendation was successful and your recommended contact had his first day of work at BILSTEIN? Great, from now on you can pick up the first part of your reward - an experience voucher - in the HR Department.
If you and your recommendated contact are still BILSTEINER after six months, you will receive your full bonus paid out with your next paycheck.
How can I benefit from it?
Your recommendation was successful and the person you recommended was hired? Perfect. When your contact has completed their first day of work, you will receive an experience voucher worth € 100.
If your recommended contact and you are still employed by BILSTEIN after six months, you will receive your bonus.
If you successfully recommend someone for a permanent position, the bonus is about € 1,500 gross. If your recommendation is considered for an apprenticeship or a working student position, you will get a bonus about € 300 gross.

Of course, several candidates can be recommended at the same time. We are happy about every recommendation that fits the advertised positions.
No, an application is only possible online via our application tool stating the name and 8ID of the recommending employee.
Should your recommended contact determine during the application process that the position is not the right fit and withdraw the application, the process will end and you won't get the bonus.
If a collaboration occurs and we determine within the first six months that we are not a good match, you won't get the bonus, but you can keep the experience voucher.
