  • Bonus

    The person you recommended was hired? Perfect, you don‘t have to do anything else. You will receive the first half of the bonus, amounting €750 gross when the recommended person joins the company and you will receive the second half of the bonus, amounting €750 gross after the recommended person successfully completes the probationary period. This amount will reflect in your payslip when the amount is paid.

    You work at thyssenkrupp Materials Services and agree to your data will be used in the application process? You can receive a bonus, if you successfully recommend an externally advertised position (excluding student trainees and interns) in the Materials Services business in Germany. It is important that the recommended person has not been employed by thyssenkrupp in the last twelve months and that you are not actively involved in the selection process, e.g. as a hiring manager.

FAQ

You will receive a bonus of €1,500 for a successful recommendation.

You will receive the first 50% of the bonus totalling €1500 with your payslip at the start date of your recommendation. You will receive the other 50% when the recommended person has successfully completed the probationary period. The payment is subject to fulfilment of the program conditions.
