    The person you recommended was hired? Perfect, you don‘t have to do anything else. You will receive the first half of the bonus, amounting €750 gross when the recommended person joins the company and you will receive the second half of the bonus, amounting €750 gross after the recommended person successfully completes the probationary period. This amount will reflect in your payslip when the amount is paid.

No, unfortunately an application is only possible online via the job advertisement on our career site or job ad exchanges such as Stepstone.

Nothing happens. In the recruiting process, both sides have to check whether you fit together. If the recommended person realizes that the position is not the right one, this has no negative impact.

If the person quits during the probationary period, however, the second half of the premium is not paid.

Of course! We also allow working students and interns to recommend people for permanent und temporary vacancies as well as apprenticeship.

Only for the recommendation for advertised working student or intern positions, one does not receive a premium payment.
