Recruit apprentices

Whether it's family, friends or acquaintances - do you know someone who is looking for an apprenticeship? #ChallengeAccepted. Tell the person about us and simply send a link to our training positions. In the application form, your recommendation specifies you as the contact person and then goes through our selection process.

Bonus

The apprentices you recommended was hired? Perfect. On the first day of our new apprentices training, you will receive a gross bonus of €500 with your pay slip.

Participation

Do you work or complete an apprenticeship at thyssenkrupp Materials Services and agree to your data being used in the application process? You can receiv a bonus, if you successfully recommend an externally advertised apprenticeship position.

FAQ

Of course, several candidates can be recommended at the same time. We are pleased about each recommendation, which fit to the advertised positions.

No, unfortunately an application is only possible online via the job advertisement on our career site or job ad exchanges such as Stepstone.

Nothing happens. In the recruiting process, both sides have to check whether you fit together. If the recommended person realizes that the job is not the right one, this has no negative impact.

If the person applies to us on a recommendation and has forgotten to leave your name or email address, you are welcome to contact Selina Elfert (selina.elfert@thyssenkrupp-materials.com) on a case-by-case basis.

Of course! With us, working students and interns are also allowed to recommend people for apprenticeship positions.
