thyssenkrupp Components Technology Hungary opened a new unit in 2018 in the town of Jászfényszaru, which lies 60 km from Budapest. Our new factory produces innovative, top-quality auto industry products, using some of the most up-to-date technological equipment by European standards. Working

The main profile of our Dynamic Components business unit involves the manufacture of overhead camshafts. These components are highly innovative and cost-efficient, since less raw material is used in their production, and they have lower power consumption and lower energy demands for their production, due to their reduced weight.

Offering jobs related to production, maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, IT, and management, we plan to have a significant number of employees employed in shift work in the facility. Our colleagues can meet various challenges with the support of cooperative employees; thus you always have the opportunity for professional development even in more fields.

As our colleagues say, the team spirit is outstanding in our site and we celebrate together before the Christmas break with gifts and tombola. Our football team participates in international tournaments, for example the one in Essen, Germany where thyssenkrupp has its headquarter.

I like challenges, and this is a new company, a new beginning, a new life. My boss and my colleagues are all very nice, and the atmosphere is very friendly. I have the opportunity to learn a great deal while operating these highly modern machines.

A newly launched factory always provides numerous opportunities. There are a lot of opportunities to advance, mostly professionally, as the machinery fleet is quite sophisticated. Although we are still at the very beginning of the process, my experiences have been excellent: the environment is pleasant, my colleagues are cooperative, the management is flexible and the atmosphere is friendly.
