Traineeship / Trainee programmes

Are you a recent graduate and still looking for your true passion? Then you’ve come to the right place! Explore our trainee and placement programmes designed to ensure you’re optimally prepared for your specialist or management career. Over a period of between 12 and 24 months, you’ll become intimately familiar with our corporate structures, try out various positions both in Germany and abroad, and build up a valuable professional network. When you finally do find your passion, we’re here to make sure you’ve had the best preparation possible to take advantage.

Legal clerkship

Have you passed the first state legal exam and it’s time to complete your legal clerkship? Take part in one of thyssenkrupp’s excellent three-month legal or elective traineeships and gain invaluable first-hand experience in the world of corporate law and compliance. The responsibilities of your position would include supporting the team with international legal and compliance issues, including contract, labour, finance, capital market, and antitrust law; involve you operationally; and entrust you to supervise your own area of responsibility.
